Yogi's Healthcare Solutions was founded with a single purpose: to serve the senior community of Greenville, South Carolina with the dignity and respect they deserve. What began as a vision for compassionate, accessible care has grown into a trusted healthcare provider that families rely on every day.
Today we operate two specialized departments. Our Adult Day Care program is housed in an 8,300 square foot state-of-the-art facility, offering daily programs, engaging activities, nutritious meals, and door-to-door transportation for up to 90 members. Our Home Care division, Evergreen Home Care, brings professional in-home services directly to families across the region.
Our mission is simple: to foster dignity, independence, and community for every senior we serve. We are 100% Medicaid-compliant, ensuring that high-quality care is accessible to all families regardless of financial circumstances. Every program, every meal, and every interaction is guided by our commitment to treating each member like family.
